Just cooked my first Swai fillet tonight. Too bad I don’t have any pictures to compare to this guy’s dish. I’m looking forward to reading more from the “Cheap Bastid,” I definitely read this thinking he was a chef (like, a professional one). Apparently, he’s just a guy with cooking in his roots that can burn, preferably at a low price. Can’t be mad at that!
